Meridian Flow Yoga -
Ellen Cosgrove-Cuneo, RYT 500 hrs. instructor, invites beginners and experienced individuals to explore the practice of Meridian Yoga. This practice incorporates a gentle flow of Hatha and Vinyasa which stimulates circulation, improves balance, strength, flexibility and alleviates stress.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions space is limited and participants must abide by the 6' social distancing protocols. Participants will be required to wear face coverings when they are unable to maintain the 6' of space.
