Aqua Aerobics is a fun, high intensity with low impact water workout that combines cardio, core, balance and strength training.

Session 1 9:00-10:00am
Saturdays, July 6th - 27th; Ages 16+
$35.00 for 4 weeks or $10 drop in fee
Session 2 9:00-10:00am
Saturdays, August 3rd - 24th (No Class on 8/10); Ages 16+
$25.00 for 3 weeks or $10 drop in fee
