Yoga improves listening, focusing, and learning skills, as well as develop body awareness through breathing exercises to help to reduce stress or anxiety.

We utilize gentle yin yang asana, pranayama, meditation, and awareness of opening energy channels to clear and restore the whole self back into balance. This practice will flow into a refreshing basic sequence that will build from your foundation up. Prepare to be engaged and elevated to a new level of awareness to your full potential, increasing in flexibility, strength and endurance, with action and ease! Your cells will be dancing and you will feel a sense of oneness and peace! 


This 6-week Energy Yoga Session will help enable you to find the clarity and strength needed to start the new year!

The program is located at the Rodman Center Gymnasium, 960 Washington Street.
